BIS, Inc. has inspectors with over 26 years of inspection experience in all types of construction. This includes three years with a local building and safety department; inspecting all stages of construction for residential and commercial projects. Twenty three years as state certified inspector (class 1) inspecting all sizes of projects from relocatables, modernizations, fire damage repairs, elementary, middle and high schools. Child care center and the largest project being the Pechanga Hotel & Casino in Temecula, CA.
BIS, Inc. provides the highest level of professional inspections. We strive to keep abreast of all code changes and construction practices. We insure the projects are constructed in compliance with the owners specifications and the design team documents. BIS, Inc. tracks non compliance issues as they are found and does not come up with past items at the end of a project.
 

Our goal in school construction is to insure the project is constructed in accordance with plans and specs providing a safe environment for students to learn and grow. BIS, Inc. documents the projects progress with digital photos and provides the owner with a copy of all photos upon re quest.

In home inspections we are the most thorough team of inspectors, providing documentation of all code related issues along with photos. We identify items found without projecting our opinion of the severity of the item, leaving the owner or buyer with the decision making as to whether any action is required.

BIS, Inc. also offers consulting and constructablity review of plans prior to construction.

We can oversee projects to insure the project team is performing in the best interest of the owner and in a professional manner.
